This connector is currently made by ITT-Cannon, and is shown on page 13
of the http://www.ittcannon.com/media/pdf/catalogs/full/CO_circular_MS_EURO.pdf catalog.
However, prepare for a shock if requesting a quote for an one-off quantity of these connectors.

A summary of UK distributors of ITT-Cannon products is shown on:

http://www.ittcannon.com/support/dealers.asp?cantgoback=1&sortKey=1&typeID=1&Country=GBR&Category=1

Maybe TT Electronics http://www.ttabconnectors.com/products/datasheet.php?displayorder=8
also can help you.
