[Amps] HV Switch Mode Power Supplies

We have one of the mentioned Panasonic microwave ovens and it is *impossible* to use our 2.4ghz (no surprise here) cordless telephone when it is in use.
Discovered this when one of our callers said that when the xyl (n6rxz) speaks, she sounds as if she's under water.
Just a second note of caution on this thread.

  I would add to Bill's list of problems the fact that the things are 
  terrible HF hash generators.  We bought one.  It works.  The new rule 
  is "Absolutely no microwave use while Grumps is on the radio!"  I 
  hope noone in the neighborhood gets one and decides to do a turkey in 
  it.

  Whether it could be made more HF friendly or not, I don't know.
