I'm not sure that's correct, but anyhow, I'll bet his call is I0YK, 
Tony.  His webpage has a great tutorial on capacitors in RF circuits, 
as Hal says.  I first found Tony's website by a Google search on 
"resonant choke filter" so there's lots of good stuff there.
