[Amps] SB220 input alignment

Bill -- Orig. SB-220 tuned inputs have too low of a Q to produce a low 
SWR with solid-state radios.  To fix this problem, increase Q to 2 or 3 
-- i. e.,  reduce L, increase C-in and C-out, and retune.   This
