[Amps] Help with plate transformer specs...

Anyone know the specs for the following transformer?
 
The outside lists it as a product of Milwaukee Transformer Corp.
Model #: AI-53417
 
Dual Primary 115V or 230V
 
Secondary???  V RMS??? At  ma???
 
 
Also, since it looks like it is designed as a CT design, for a choke
input, what value of choke was recommended?
 
This thing is pretty large, and it has heat sink fins on all sides of
it, extending the full length of the body.
 
Any help appreciated.
