[Amps] 220V wiring: Was Question about safety ground connection

Yes there is....the Sb-220 fan runs off one side of the 240 leg WHICH IS  
120V and the center tap of the dual primary 120v windings.  When the amp is  
configured for 240 operation.  When used on 120v config. there is a  nuetral .
