[Amps] Help ID tube (link to pix)

I bought an amp (and spare tube as shown in pix in link below) at the 
Benson NC hamfest this AM. The tube was packed with paper with Russian 
language text, but I'd like to get some help to ID the tube please.

There's no marking on the tube.
