Subject: [Amps] Broadbanding a HFS 10000D RF amplifier?

Has anyone had any experience broadbanding a HFS 10000D RF amplifier?
This is an RF sputtering RF amplifier that operates at 13.56 Mhz. I
dont have a schematic on it or anything else just the huge transmitter
and I thought that perhaps it must be able to be broadbanded and made
into a linear amplifier. I noticed that back in 2002 or so some folks
had experience with an HFS 1000 amplifier so maybe there is hope. Any
comments out there?

Thank you

Duane
