Not necessarily. Pin 1 problems in consumer audio and A/V gear will 
be excited by HF antenna current flowing on the shield of MATV and 
CATV coaxial cables. The coaxial downleads etc. are excellent 
receiving antennas for HF. It is this mechanism that ferrite chokes 
can kill. 

Put enough field strength onto a wire and there can  be enough to 
overload some pretty good input stages.
