[Amps] Yaesu FL-7000 on 10/12 meters

Has anyone done the mod to allow the FL-7000 to TX on 10/12 meters ?  Several web sites say to throw so1 on the CPU board.  I can't find the switch ?  I find it on the schematic, and it does indeed seem to enable 10/12 meters, but I can't find the switch on the board ?  Anyone know the scoop here ?  Is there an issue with revision levels ?
