[Amps] AL-811H Grid Current Issue

Hi Everyone,
Well, Last night I was using my 811H on 40m and I noticed that the Plate 
current was not moving much, and the Grid Current was swinging off the 
scale. Power out put remained normal, but of course I reduced power and 
tried to make sure all my settings were normal and they were. So, what would 
cause the Plate current to be way down and grid to go way up??

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
