A while back, a few was wondering about the calculations for sheet metal bending to be used to fabricate their own chassis. Below is a link to a free app to calculate this called BendWorks. If any are interested, it's a good app as I use it now. It uses K factoring, etc. There is a PDF included which goes into detail how all the calculations work. The app sure does make quick work of the bend allowances without using the trusty calculator, paper, and pencil.
