[Amps] Alpha 86 receive fuse

Can anyone tell me the current rating of the safety fuse (F1) used in the 
PIN diode area on the Alpha 86?  My manual doesn't give the value anywhere. 
I believe it to be quite low - maybe 250ma. or so - and know that they're 
not available from Alpha any longer.  For those who have replaced it with a 
fuse holder and different type of fuse, what do you recommend using?
