[Amps] TMC PAL-350 or PAL-500 interconnecting cable?

This is directed to the "TMC users" category of the list.

I am looking for a source for the interconnecting cable between the PS and PA unit
used in the TMC PAL-350 or PAL-500 HF amplifiers. 

This cable uses a pair of very special rectangular Cannon rack-and-panel connectors 
(quite similar to these found on ARINC ATR avionic boxes).

If anyone has a lead to either a cable or the connectors, this would be most appreciated.
