[Amps] NON-CONTACT laser thermometer

These will not work very well with reflective or transparent 
surfaces.   Thus, the measurement of glass envelopes or shiny aluminum 
surfaces in not possible.  By the way, the laser is simply a pointing 
device not part of the actual temperature measurement instrument.
