[Amps] Two Amps, Single Power Supply

Hello,

Two amps (GS-35B), one power supply - Can one amp. be used to control 
the HV for both amps even if the second amp's filament hasn't come up 
to full temp. without damaging the second amp?   The second amp. 
isn't keyed and will not be capable of being keyed until the filament 
has been on for more than three minutes.  The HV controlling amp. 
will be used for single amp. operation.  The second amp will be used 
in contests for SO2R operation.
