John,

Either that, our you can have a junk filter built into your e-mail client like I have. 
Really, with it you download all the mail, it just filters it and places the junk in the 
wastebasket folder. A quick click on the empty key and it's all gone.

What addresses I have in my address book were obtained when someone e-mailed me 
privately by a personal e-mail at one time or another. I'd say that most everyone in my
list, I have personally spoken with them privately several times in the past, and I think
they would all agree that I have. There's a lot of members on this list, and I think I may
have about 15 addresses out of them, if that many, in my address book.

I get double e-mails from the mailer all the time. They are both the same post, and one
looks to have the amps address, and one the senders address. All it would take is a
spammer to join the list and get every address for the ones posting in a few days time.
