Odd - I tried that yesterday and it didn't work, now it does. Probably 
my typing.

I'm confused with the circuit around Q702. As I see it, it can only work 
if there's enough leakage in Q702 to charge C703. Get a good one and 
lack of flywheel puts Q701 in danger.
