The description indicates you have some kind or MRI amplifier 
("magnet type" is the tip off).  Tokyo High Power's primary 
business is MRI and industrial power amplifiers.   

Tokyo High Power has a web site - www.thp.co.jp/top%20eng.html 
and you may be able to find a "close" amateur amplifier in the 
manuals section or try an e-mail to: info at thp.co.jp which is 
given as a contact e-mail link.
