I can't imagine cutting G-10 with anything that powders it 
up or shreds it. We have a couple zip routers and they are 
last resorts for anything except trimming in panels for a 
close fit or an odd hole, and even the we use a wooden 
guide.

We use a large foot shear, but without that shear I'd clamp 
it between two pieces of wood and just cut it with a narrow 
blade fine tooth saw. Another thing that works is to use a 
guide and keep scribing it along the edge with a carpet 
knife until it is cut through.
