[Amps] Elecraft amplifiers

The 1500 demoed at HamCom in Plano last June had a price tag in the 5-6K
range.  It apparently will be offered in kit and assembled/tested form, with
the kit only a few hundred dollars less.  I understand the kit is really
more of an assembly process with most boards ready to install.
