[Amps] help in using the reflectors...

[I got LOTS of direct responses telling me how to do it in my 
email app...this is the reply...

thanks - but as noted I am signed up not to get emails, I know 
how to do it using emails - so do you know if there is a way to 
do it directly off the web?
