[Amps] QST, and class AB/F MOSFET amps

   I'm very interesting in it.
 Maybe you can make some small power amplifier model and combine them together  as a big power amplifier.
  I built an 25W (2xIRF511) amplifier in 2003, it works fine.Btw, some new inexpensive switching power MOSFET  
have very good specs in RF spectrum than IRF511.
