[Amps] *** Connecting an IC-751A to a Quadra ***

I currently have an FT-1000MP driving my Quadra VL-1000 amplifier.  I want to 
connect a second rig (my old Icom 751A) to the Quadra. I know I need  the 
following connections:
 
1) 751 RF out to Input 2 on the Quadra
2) 751 ALC to ALC 2 on the Quadra
 
What other connections do I need? I have seen a cpuple of  variations on 
various web sites. I think I need to connect the SEND port on the  751A to the 
PTT2 on the Quadra, but I am not sure. 
 
Has anyone connected a 751 (or 765) to a Quadra? What are the  simplest and 
proper connections? Thanks. de KB0ISS.
