Need some help here guys.
 
Anybody bought and/or using Rusky caps, coils, relays, switches, tubes,  etc.?
 
Just bought some stuff on e-Bay....  KVI caps, switches, etc.
 
Are the Ukrainians reliable?  Dependable?  Honest?   Recommend any, or warn 
away from?
 
Are the units well built?  KVIs are "pulse" caps.  Suitable for  couplers and 
tank shunts in CW/SSB?
 
How's about the Rusky bottles?  Rugged?  Cranky?  Old  Svetlana vs gnu 
Svetlana?
 
Have you built or retubed with their units?
