Way to go, Steve!!  Doing something successfully that others say shouldn't or can't be done is something I thrive on!!!  Glad to see somebody else around here with that gene...

Not this one - but it would apply to another one in the planning.

No transformer in stock, but enough bits to build a switcher - so I get 
to learn something too.

Not quite penniless, but certainly parsimonious :-)
