[Amps] New LDMOS transistors for power TSPA

Freescale has introduced the MRF6V2300NB ISM part, 300 watts peak 
with 68% efficiency and 28 dB gain at 220 MHz. Its a 50 volt part.

Philips has the new BLF369 part, rated 500 watts CW class AB, 60% 
efficiency, 18 dB gain at 225 MHz. Its a 32 volt part, quiescent 
drain current is 1 Amp each side! 26 amps at full power. Heatsink it 
well.

These ought to make some nice communication power amplifiers for HF 
up to VHF, giving the Microsemi (APT) parts and older M/A Comm 
(motorola DMOS) parts competition.
