I am trying to locate a tip and spring for a EA53 diode used in the 410B VTVM. It is HP part number 410B-21P on the parts list. As far as I know this is the same part number 1460-0006 as used in the 11306A AC probe on the 410C. Can anyone help? David KC2JD
