88 and 33 are I believe identical except for thickness.  88 is 
thicker..  In the old days 88 was considered "telephone tape" and 33 
"electrical tape.  We always had 88 T....which I understood was 
"telephone".  Don't see the T suffix any more.  73 bob de w9ge
