[Amps] New Dummy Load

I have the Palstar DL5K.  It is rated to handle 1.5KW for 90 seconds and 5KW
for up to 30 seconds.  Price is $400.  It has an accurate meter too.  It
comes with a wall wart power supply.  I modified mine to run off the station
12V supply.

The product spec sheet says "6KW Burst."
The bargraph on the front panel has a 2.5KW maximum.

Palstar's big dummy load is calibrated to 5KW.
