[Amps] Problem with AL-811

To all,

I am having a problem with my AL-811.  I cannot get more than 150 watts out
of the amp before the grid current exceeds 150mA.  I had a tube go bad the
2nd to last time I used the amp, so I replaced all the tubes. Now something
is a miss.  All the tubes are lit. 

The driver is a Ten Tec Jupiter.  I am not using the amp alc circuit, just
adjusting the transceiver output power.

Any guidance is much appreciated.
