Almost certainly not. I've just measured a 100R 3W metal film resistor
with 6mm (.25") leads at each end (Corning FP series). It shows as
having 4nH inductance in series with 102R resistive - that's 4 ohms of
inductive reactance at 150MHz which I'd say was insignificant when you
look at all the wires hanging around a suppressor. All brands of metal
film I've tested come out much the same.
