[Amps] 91B and 4CX800Aa

Hi Gang. When come out of the Wait state with my 91B, the amp faults and shuts down. I put a new set of tubes in it and it appears to be fine now so I am thinking I have an internal issue (an open or a short) somewhere in one of the tubes. I am wondering if someone that is familiar with the amp (and what could cause a hard fault) could provide any insight so I might take a VOM to the pins and figure out which tube is bad.
