The odds are *fairly* good, although you should be prepared to by another 
L-7 with it.

L-7s are very highly sought after. You have close to zero chance of someone 
advertising an L-7 power supply by itself. Just does NOT happen. Save about 
950-1150 bucks from your allowance and your problem might be solved. And 
you'll have spare parts.
