[Amps] Heath SB-200 vs SB-201

Hi all --

I know there are about 5-10 pieces that need to be added/changed/deleted to
make a SB-201 into a SB-200. I also know Heath made a kit of parts for this
purpose. Does anyone know where I can find such a kit, or at least the parts
to make the conversion?

Yes, I am aware of the current item on eBay that would probably do the job.
