Lots of errors and omissions in the article.  The step-start circuit is not
drawn correctly.  If you are going to build it I would suggest that you
contact K8RA.  I installed the LDG automatic antenna tuner into my Henry 4K
Ultra and it really works great.  For $125 it is a bargain.
