[Amps] Variac

All,

I ran across this variac on ebay and thought someone may be able to use it. I would have bought it but I over-spent this month already, hi hi! Anyhow, they say it's rack mount and if it is, it's a big variac. They have a large GE 140 Vac panel meter hooked in with it on the front. The link is below;
