[Amps] Are bifilar filament chokes frequency sensitive?

Ron --- The SB-220's 9uH filament choke works well on 160m, however,  
the XL of the choke needs to be cancelled by XC, so 900pF needs to be  
added to the calculated output C of the 160m tuned input.
   What is the L of the Henry's filament choke?
