Just picked up a RF Power Products ICP-15 plasma generator with auto tuning etc. This is a 1600 watt CW 40.68 MHz (3x 13.560) RF generator. Does anyone have any information on this solid state device? The tuner and sample holder has a very nice motor driven vacuum variable. 73 Bill wa4lav
