[Amps] AL-1200 Issues

I have a new AL-1200 that has had a series of issues to deal with. 
Rather than go into a long discussion here, I would prefer to speak with 
someone offline that really knows the amp itself. My questions should 
not take too long and I will be glad to call someone that would be 
knowledgeable of the AL1200 capabilities, limitations, etc. This is a 
time sensitive matter involving the previous purchase decision. Help 
would very much be appreciated.
