You might take a look at the PROMETHEUS. It has now been FCC type accepted
and is in production. 2400 watts +.

I was disappointed to see in QST that the vaunted Hy-Power SS amp turns out
to be 1.5 kw INPUT, and ~1000 watts output. Makes it a lot less attractive
at that size, weight and probably cost.
Also makes me wonder why there's nothing (that I could find) in the Elecraft
reflector archive or their web site on their 1.5 KW amplifier, other than a
picture of the one that was at Dayton. Does anyone know what is going on?
