[Amps] Cooling for GI-7B triodes.

I think cooling is most effective if air flows along rather than across 
the fins although transverse cooling seems to work fine in this amp: 
http://www.nd2x.net/w4emf-MLA.html although there's a note at the end 
about an air deflector.
