[Amps] ALS-600 QSK modification

For those with an ALS-600, I came up with an inexpensive ($12) QSK
modification that probably takes no more than a couple of hours to
implement.  Basically, I just replaced the open-frame relay with a pair of
high-speed sealed reed relays mounted on a piece of perf-board.  No
disassembly of the ALS-600 pc boards is necessary.  Details, including
