The inside of the boiler contains a baffle which, is used to help evenly
distribute heat and minimize hot-spot bubbles formed if H2O temperature
approaches 100-deg. C.  Bubbles effectively form an insulator and diminish
the efficiency of vapor cooling.

Allowed to escalate, heat builds and creates even more bubbles which,
increases H2O temperature and thus the thermal process can quickly go out of
control.

In larger amps, additional heat dissipation may be required if the size of
the condenser does not uniformly increase in relation to the cooling
requirement.  Even in the Alpha 70V, a whisper fan is used at
thermostatically-switched speeds to pass a higher air flow rate over the
condenser fins when additional cooling demand becomes necessary.
