[Amps] 1 tube or two ??

Both version can provide 1500W and advantages/disdvantages were already
answered.
Its clear visible in the datasheet.

But, 
if the amplifiers are not designed for 1500W output they will not work as
expected

I clearly stated "at the limit for Ham Bands."  Therefore two tubes does not
have an advantage in power.
