[Amps] TL922 Kessler Mods

Hello all,

 

I have a TL922A with all the Kessler Engineering mods that was recently put
into service.  I've noticed the amp is generating a lot of heat while not
transmitting, in fact in the CW position, it's drawing 100 mils IP.  I don't
remember the amp pulling this much current when just sitting there before,
but perhaps I was inattentive.  It has normal power output and tunes just
fine, but the heat is significant.  

 

Shouldn't the resting current on the tubes be 0? Is this an indication the
3-500Z are failing?
