[Amps] TT 425 low plate voltage

stupid me  ... I changed out all the caps  !!!!!     STILL "LOW" VOLTS"

then a bought a fluke 6 KV  probe for 30$ on ebay....
and found EXACTLY that the voltage dividers shifted... all the volts 
were still in the box.
