The only thing worse --- but no doubt equally as devastating, in its
results! --- might be an outfit like the Russian mafia muscling its way into
control of an otherwise healthy &  viable manufacturing enterprise like tube
manufacturing...

Wasn't this the very fate that befell one of the larger Russian tube
companies, some 3 - 4 years ago...?
