However when cooling tubes you *also* need to know the back pressure at 
which the fan delivers the rated, or required pressure.

Given a tube that might need 15 cfm @ 0.3" of water pressure  or one that 
takes 20 CFM at 0.1".  The first would take a squirrel cage blower of the 
proper size and speed while the second could probably be handled well by a 
plain old muffin fan much like the old PL172/8295A.
