It might be worthwhile flashing the filament at twice voltage for 10 minutes, followed by 30 minutes at 25% over aand an hour at 10% over. That procedure has been used succesfully in rejuvenating some thoriated filament tubes. Of course, it might not work. 73 Peter G3RZP
